Topic 2

The egg breaking was fun and excited. Since we have lmited rescouse that we could use, only eight staw and the little tape to protect the egg, can you believe that. Everyone in our group was trying to come up their own crazy idea to try to proctect the egg. we draw so our idea on the paper, and test them try to came up with the best one. but at the end, we all agreed on one idea and take it to action. from the planning process, our group did pretty well on it, but except number two, that we did not identify our group's weakness. Eventhought we broke the egg, but we did have a great time on it and learn a lot through this activity. For my own opinion, group work only work efficency upon everybody agree on one thing. I believe everyone in our group tried the best.

I agree with you that group work will succeed if everyone in the group agrees to one particular idea. If everyone in the group knows exactly what the plan is and keep it in mind while taking actions toward the plan, the more successful the plan is likely to occur. But in this egg activity, everyone is have their own ideas and the group work success tends to fail.

With the limited resources and time that we were given, it's very challenging to produce a successful plan in saving the egg. Though the activity really explains what planning as a team is like.

Sound liked your group had a good time while working on the project. I think the result is important but the process, the cooperation during the process is more important. If you think your team work hard and did the best, that is it.
