Actruly from the blog, we could see lots of differnt point of view about the class and activites. We could learn alot and get to know each other from it. It also refresh our memory of class when writing the blog. I believe that it is a very way to extend the class communication, because for the people who dones not like to talk in the class, they could express what they think in the blog. which make the communication more effective. The blog absolutely did help us share our percepecion of different activies. Since i had mention, not everyone in the class has the opportunity to share what they think, so the blog is a really good idea.
Since the blog counts 20% of the grade, so i believe it is very easy. but the thing is i always forget there is a blog assigment coming, which cause me always late . but overall, the blog is really cool.
I believe the professor should keep the blog entry, since it help lots of people express what they think.

Since I have 48 hours a day, but I am still out of time.
Since I have pay check every week, but I am still out of money.
Since i study so hard, but I am still not gettin good grade.
which mean that I need to better organize and manage myself.

Test

I think the test that we did in the class was pretty accurate, I am a I S person according to the test. I am kind of expect myself as I D person would be perfect. since my major is marketing, and i am concentrating on sales. I believe the influence profile would be perfect for my future. Then combo with aggressive postures would be help a lot on my sales. Because i believe sales is a pretty challenge job, since it needs to deal with all kind of people and all kind of environment.
I believe that knowing other people's management type would very helpful for us to deal with other people. we know the way to communicate with others. Communicate is most most important thing in our life, no matter if it's in school , family or job. it takes a very important position. By knowing other people's management type, i believe it would be very helpful for us.

THE POWER OF VISION

It was a great vedio that we watch in the class, and I am really agree what he said in the vedio. We need to have vision in our life in order to success. before I watch this vedio, already did have a goal for myself for the next 5 years. One of my goal for my life, i dont want to work, i dont want to work for other people, to use my time , skill, and knowledge to exchange money. When I go to work, I always feel like my life is controling by someone. we always need to ask a manager, "when can i have lunch, can I have a vaction, can I take a day off". and basicly, work is using our time to exchange money. and I dont want to work for 50 years until i retired, I dont want such kind of life. SO one of my goal is i could buy a house and retired my parent in 5 years, and i will retied myself before the age of 30. i know it seems like a crazy and rediculous goal, but I know it could be happen. Because it happens on one of my friend already, he is only 25 now. By making those goal become reality. I believe working is imposible, by doing business is the only way to reach my goal. I had been partner with my other friends that open a store on the internet. doing very well now. with our plan, we believe me and friends wll reach our goal.

decision making

I was so glad that the prof gave us chance to make the decision by us. But it was not easy, since the prof gave us 100% of the freedom to work on it. At the beginning, a few people spook up, but after a while, most of the classmate tried to raise their voice. Then things were getting hard to controol during that time; because everyone has the own idea. At that time there was a guy went up to the blackbord tried to write down everyone's idea and tried to lead the class. Finally things was getting better during that time. I think that guy did a very good job, if no one went up tried to lead the class, i really did not think we could came up an proposal that 100% of the classmate agreed upon.
For my opinion is, we all should had do it in step and very organize. We could had write down everyone's idea and go throught 1 by 1 to see if everyone agree. write down those idea with 100% agreed into proposal. I think we had spent too much time on arguing the ideas, we had wasted too much time.
But it was good, we still came up with a good proposal.

Topic 2

The egg breaking was fun and excited. Since we have lmited rescouse that we could use, only eight staw and the little tape to protect the egg, can you believe that. Everyone in our group was trying to come up their own crazy idea to try to proctect the egg. we draw so our idea on the paper, and test them try to came up with the best one. but at the end, we all agreed on one idea and take it to action. from the planning process, our group did pretty well on it, but except number two, that we did not identify our group's weakness. Eventhought we broke the egg, but we did have a great time on it and learn a lot through this activity. For my own opinion, group work only work efficency upon everybody agree on one thing. I believe everyone in our group tried the best.
